SECRET MARMA TO RELIEVE FROZEN SHOULDER AND NECK PAIN

Easy treatment you can do at home

1.  Marma for Frozen shoulder :

Location : Centre of Armpit through which auxiliary artery passes.

   

Marma treatment for :Frozen shoulder, stiffed and painful shoulder and arm area.

 How to do this marma ?

Step 1: Apply Ayushkati's Painmukti cream around shoulder and under arm area.

Step 2: With 3 fingers, touch under arm, press deeply and find nodule in the centre of under arm. That is the Marma point.

Step 3: Press it hard till you feel pain.  Vibrate for 30 secs and release.

Step 4: Repeat it for 6 times. 

Step 6: Apply Ayushakti's Painmukti cream thereafter.  

If the frozen shoulder pain is severe, do it daily.

2.  Marma for Neck pain

Marma for Neck pain

1.       Location :Half an inch downward, backward of the trigranular corner of the jaw line.

2.       Another connected point is three inches downward in the straight line of the corner of jaw line.

How to do this marma ?  

Step 1: Apply Ayushakti's Painmukti cream

Step 2: Press the connected point and move the face in the direction of the connected point. For eg. If you are pressing on the right side then hold chin with another hand and move the face towards the right while pressing the point on the right side with your thumb.

Step 3: Do it six times both the sides.
